Assassin’s Creed IV Trailer

Yesterday saw the release of the new Assassin’s Creed trailer for part IV: Black Flag. There’s also some new details about the game. First off you play as Edward Kenway, the grandfather of Assassin’s Creed III’s, Connor. There will be a heavy emphasis on naval combat but also a lot cities along with smaller hidden towns, plantations, and islands throughout the West Indies to explore. 

Kotaku has a big write up from when they visited Ubisoft last week. The studio is working very hard to make sure the ocean combat is seamless. This will obviously be easier for the PC and Playstation 4 so fingers crossed it works as well on the 360 and WiiU. Check out the trailer:

Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag comes out October 3.
