Halo: Spartan Assault is a surprisingly difficult twin-stick shooter. So what happens when a good bro and I enable two of the hardest “skulls” in the game? Well, things get pretty ugly.
At first everything seems pretty manageable. There are small bursts of the Flood here and there, but a few minutes in it all goes to hell. Soon we are completely overrun and scrambling to find safety, but it’s no use. We eventually crumble underneath the endless waves of the Flood and fail… hard.
