Atlus has released a new teaser trailer for Conception 2: Children of the Seven Stars. A, what can only be called innovative, jrpg in which you play as a high school student trying rid the world of an infestation of monsters. To do so, you must raise an army of… *ahem* your own children:
Yes, you as the hero have to romance 7 girls and “make-ah da’ babies” in some kind of bizarre child slavery Pokemon-esque eugenics program. On the plus side your kids do give you gift cards apparently.
I’m very curious if the girls know about each other or if part of the plot is keeping them from finding out about your infidelities.
Conception 2: Children of the Seven Stars comes out on April 15th for the PS Vita and Nintendo 3DS.
Ok is this a dating sim fused with final fantasy? Cause banging for more soldiers wasn’t what I got from that trailer.
Gawd, do I wish giving birth was as easy as having the child explode from your chest (leaving no visible trauma)! It can’t be near as painful as the real deal.
Also, seems a wee bit strange… in a cute way.
Sounds like a neat idea. The “offspring” mechanic in Fire Emblem Awakening worked well.
Nothing like popping out your own army while you’re still in high school, amirite?
I need to play more of these games. Mechanics are probably the same as other games, but I like a story or concept that is REALLY out there, and this definitely sounds out there.
I enjoy atlus games, but, uh, maybe I’ll wait to see some reviews on this before deciding =P As long as they don’t go toooooo crazy…
