Reaching the large treasure chests at the end of each tomb gives me that magical Legend of Zelda feeling. You can tell Lara feels the same way. Just look at the sparkle in here eyes… and then get lost in them.

Tomb Raider Definitive Edition Eyes

I’ve been playing Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition for about five or six hours now and I’ve only uncovered a few of the secrets tombs, but they are one of my favorite elements of the game. Solving elaborate puzzles and navigating deadly traps really makes me feel like Lara Croft. It makes me feel pretty too…

We hope you enjoyed today’s edition of The Daily Clip. Be sure to check back every day for more great videos straight from our Xbox One Game DVR.

  1. I love the Metroid-vania aspect of this Tomb Raider. Once you unlock all of the different tools and such, you can always go back to the earlier zones to reach every tomb. I think I only made it through 3 or 4 during the campaign, then went back afterwards.

    1. I’m really digging all the tool upgrades I’ve acquired so far. I’m looking forward to re-exploring the world as a super tricked out Lara Croft.

    1. It’s really good. I avoided it for the longest time, but every one kept harassing me to play it. I’m glad I waited for the Definitive Edition. It’s beautiful. The is game definitely borrowing a lot from Uncharted, but Uncharted borrowed a lot from Tomb Raider, so it’s all fair.
