In today’s edition of The Daily Clip, I do what few have done before me — actually play the campaign in Call of Duty: Ghosts. Riley, the dog, was a huge hit with the fans when he was revealed and he’s actually a hell of a lot of fun to use in the game. Sneaking in the tall grass like a Pokemon and stealth-maiming terrorists has yet to get old, but I’d like to have him tested for growth hormones after seeing the strength he possess in the clip below. Seriously. That dog is on a ridiculous amount of the roids.
After Riley jumped through the window to “search for clues”, I had no idea what was going to happen next. I was actually so shocked that I couldn’t aim properly, as you can see that every bullet fired afterwards shot people in the ass cheeks instead of the face. In my sudden panic, I also proceeded to unload a clip on my in-game brother, Hesh, before remembering that he’s on our side. Woops?
I know this isn’t the usual epic Call of Duty video someone would usually post, but the campaign setpieces in Ghosts are pretty well done and I had a good laugh at the outcome here. It was either this or a 30 second clip of Riley with his head out the window, cruising down the streets of Santa Monica. Maybe next time?
P.S. – If any of you are currently rocking Call of Duty: Ghosts on the Xbox One and want to bro-op Extinction mode, toss me an Xbox Live friend request. I just picked it up today, so fair warning that I suck something fierce, but I’m always down for gaming with our community (and getting carried until I learn the ropes).
We hope you enjoyed today’s edition of The Daily Clip. Be sure to check back every day for more great videos straight from our Xbox One Game DVR.
