If you’re one of the millions still playing Grand Theft Auto V thanks to the addition of online multiplayer, then you’re in for a treat over the next few months! Rockstar Games announced earlier today on their official NewsWire site that GTAV will be receiving three updates over the course of the Spring season, with more updates to follow throughout the year.
Capture Creator seems to be the first of the three updates to be rolling out, as it’s confirmed to release at some point next week. As the name implies, you’ll be able to customize and create your own Capture Jobs and upload them to the Social Club. As for just how much customization you can play around with, Rockstar states you can “Strategically place pick-ups, define weaponry, set location, and tweak tons of other variables to make your own unique Capture Job for others to take on“, and if they like what they see, you may even see your creation stamped as “Rockstar Verified” as a standout experience.
According to Rockstar Games, the new Co-op Heist mode allows you to “team up with your most trusted Crew members or with random other mercenaries in Grand Theft Auto Online to pull off cooperative Heist Missions for glory and profit. We know many in the GTA Online community have been looking forward to this update — stay tuned for much more information to come.”

The High Life Update will introduce new housing options, including the ability to own two properties at once. Also included in the High Life Update is a new Bullpup Rifle, new clothing items and four new vehicles — one motorcycle and three “lavish cars” — to choose from.
But wait! There’s more! A “slew” of new Jobs will be available to check out and High Life will also add a brand new player statistic called Mental State, which is “designed to let you see just how passive or psychotically unhinged fellow players in your session really are.”

As if anyone really needed more of a reason to play Grand Theft Auto V.
