What’s up XBRO‘s? As we reported earlier today, Fulgore has finally been released in the wild of Killer Instinct, and for today’s edition of The Daily Clip I wanted to share a short clip of both his background stage and his Ultra Combo. Enjoy!
Fulgore plays very similar to Jago, but has some rather nasty differences. For starters, Fulgore has some rock solid anti-air abilities, can teleport, cloak and his EX meter works different from anyone else on the roster. He actually has an ability that you charge to generate power, then using what you’ve built up to execute some devastating Shadow moves. You’ll see him cloak in and out during his Ultra Combo, but it’s probably a little too loud to hear his death metal background music.
In the hour or so I’ve spent with him, he’s definitely a polished fighter but nowhere near as tricky to play as Spinal. I’m loving what I’ve experienced so far with Fulgore, but I don’t know if it’s enough to draw me away from my recent love affair with Thunder.
