The Last of Us: Remastered Confirmed for PS4 Release this Summer

The Last of Us took the gaming world by storm in 2013, appearing at the top of many Game of the Year lists. This summer, Sony is planning to release The Last of Us: Remastered on the PS4, featuring higher resolution characters, improved lighting and textures, as well as all DLC.

The Last of Us: Remastered is shooting for 1080p/60fps and will also contain a developer commentary option during in-game cinematics. According to Gamespot, it will launch at the full retail price of $59.99 and contain various single and multi-player pre-order bonuses.

I believe this is the official box art. —

With both The Last of Us and Tomb Raider offering current-gen upgrades, will other games follow suit or is this just the start of another HD Collection phase that will eventually die out? Are there any games released during the last-gen that you’d like you see receive an upgrade?
