Another week, another Friday, and like Rebecca Black says, you gotta get down on Friday! So uh, let’s get down.. to business. I’m sure you’re busy this weekend, but we all know that’s a lie. You’ll be inside, rocking your favorite pajamas all weekend long just like we are. So let’s hear the truth! What are you all playing this weekend?

I’m working on a review for Always Sometimes Monsters and if I manage to get any free time I’ll finally start Watch_Dogs. What about you all?

  1. I’m finishing the story off on GTAV and get that SF training in ready for Ultra Street Fighter 4 next week

    1. Sounds solid! I still have yet to make the plunge in to GTAV yet. I just know that I don’t have 40 hours to invest right now, but I still reallllly want to play it.

      1. It’s not bad, having three main protagonists you could change between spoiled it a bit, you don’t really feel involved in the story, just more of a spectator. It’s definitely worth a play though. I’ve got Dark Souls 2 to consume me after I’ve done GTA, so i’m just soaking up the casual game-play for now lol

      2. Good to know! I’m actually one of the rare folks who were completely disappointed in Dark Souls 2, and I know that’s blasphemy. I didn’t feel that it did anything better than the original, and it some ways it was actually worse. I don’t know, it just didn’t hook me at all and I gave up around the 6 or 7 hour mark.

      3. Yeah a friend of mine said the same, but Dark Souls was just so good, it’s hard to top. Back to PvP Dark Souls then praise the sun

      4. I was more in to Dark Souls for the atmosphere and punishment rather than PVP so that may be a big part of why I didn’t really get in to 2 much? Maybe it’s a little more PVP focused or something, I dunno.

      1. It’s a recently released Vita title. From what I understand it is a bit like Persona and dungeon crawlers like Demon Gaze. I haven’t played it yet. I thought I was about to finish Conception 2 only to discover that there is yet another level to clear.

    1. I still haven’t delved in to the MOBA genre, as competitive PVP has never really been my thing outside of static fighting games. Final Fantasy Tactics is one of my favorite games of all time ❤

      1. That’s what I hear! MOBA and card battle games are surging right now, but I can’t seem to really get sucked in to either.

      2. The problem is that they are really gratifying when you are doing well, and make you wanna kill yourself when you do horrible/the community is toxic.
