Originally slated to hit the Wii U and 3DS back in March, Yacht Club Games‘ Shovel Knight is a throwback to NES-era platformers like Ghosts n’ Goblins and Mega Man. As March came and went, Shovel Knight was nowhere to be found and we were left uncertain about the game’s future.
We finally received good news back on May 9th that Shovel Knight was complete and would be heading our way shortly, but today we received an official release date! Mark your calendars folks, because Shovel Knight will be heading your way on June 26th for Wii U, 3DS and Steam!
