If you know anything about the television series, movies, and games related to Transformers, you are undoubtably familiar with Peter Cullen, THE voice of Optimus Prime. If you are not familiar with Peter Cullen then go look him up.
The upcoming game, Transformers: Rise of the Dark Spark, features Peter Cullen reprising his iconic role and is attempting to tie together multiple storylines from three different sources. The Michael Bay movies and accompanying games are somewhat related already, so bringing those in is not an issue. In fact if you have played the game, Transformers: Dark of the Moon, you’ll notice that it is somewhat of a prequel to the movie of the same name.
The bigger challenge will be to seamlessly meld the story of the two Cybertron games that High Moon Studios had done into the new game. The end of those games definitely left it open for the Transformers to be on Earth, so I’ll be interested to see how the story goes back to Cybertron when a departure was already imminent.
As part of my prep-work for the new game, I’m going back through and replaying some of the old games. The video from Transformers: Dark of the Moon is my actual gameplay. Go ahead and make fun my abilities, I allow you. If I can get Transformers: Fall of Cybertron finished and edited, I’ll post the gameplay of that as well.

I haven’t actually played any of the transformers games, are they any good?
The two Cybertron games are fantastic and I highly recommend them. Transformers The Game was terrible but I still own it just to say I have it. I haven’t played the Revenge of the Fallen game but I keep looking for a used copy of it and I enjoyed the Dark of the Moon game enough to play through it twice.
I’ll make sure to pick one of up when i get the chance then. Thanks.
Anytime.
I agree, the Cybertron games were awesome – very well made. The others are junk.
Dark of the Moon was ok but nowhere near as good as the Cybertron games.
