Another Tuesday, another Xbox Live Deals With Gold sale! Don’t have an Xbox Live Gold subscription? No worries, we won’t tell anyone, but you’re also in luck this week as there are a few games on sale that don’t require it. Let’s take a look!
This week’s Deals With Gold is available until next Tuesday, July 8th. Notable titles include Cloudberry Kingdom, which is a fun and furious platformer, and, of course, Child of Light, as it’s arguably the best console RPG to release thus far in 2014. Discounts are only available for the Xbox 360 versions of all cross-platform titles, but Xbox One owners can pick up Thief for $35.99 during the weekly sale.
- Call of Juarez: Gunslinger – $3.74
- Child of Light – $10.04
- I Am Alive – $3.74
- From Dust – $3.74
- X-Blades – $7.69 (Discount isn’t updated yet)
- Flashback – $3.29
- Narco Terror – $2.49
- Cloudberry Kingdom – $3.29
- Freefall Racers – $2.49 (Requires Kinect)
The list of discounts available for non-Gold subscribers isn’t really that impressive. I’d recommend checking out Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag – Freedom Cry, but that’s about it.
- Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag – Freedom Cry – $6.99
- Assassin’s Creed IV: Black Flag – Season Pass & DLC Packs 30% off.
- Boulder Dash XL – $4.00
- Dragon Ball Z: Battle of Z – $39.99
- 2014 FIFA World Cup Brazil – $38.99
- Pro Evolution Soccer 2014 – $19.79
- Pro Evolution Soccer 2014: World Challenge DLC – $2.49
Will you be partaking in any of Team Green’s weekly discounts? If so, what do you plan on picking up?

Even if they were giving away Narco Terror, its not happening!
Yeah, that game was a steaming turd.
Man really sucks that Child of Light is not on sale for the One. I still will probably buy it since i really want to play it.
Since it’s hand drawn and not graphically intense, you should be fine with the 360 version. It’s only $5 cheaper though, so if you think you might enjoy it more with a little more polish, go for it and snag the xbox one version instead.
That is exactly what i thought. That it was not cheap enough to buy for 360
Yeah, less than $5 off isn’t enough to deter me from just spending the extra for the Xbox One.
