Finally Below was shown.
From Indie to AAA, Call of Duty: Advanced Warfare was on stage from Sledgehammer and Activision. Besides first access to DLC, there will be an exclusive console bundle available for pre-order immediately. The exclusive console will have a different skin, a digital download of Advanced Warfare, and include a 1TB hard drive for $499.
Look to January for the open beta, but the full release of Evolve comes on February 10th. Again, DLC will come first to Xbox One.
The surprise exclusive came when Rise of the Tomb Raider was announced as an Xbox One exclusive. (Addendum: Crystal Dynamics and Square Enix later said that the game is not ruled out to come to other consoles but the game will be an Xbox One exclusive at its launch.)
Alan Wake creator, Remedy Entertainment, showed Quantum Break, another console exclusive. Ever want to manipulate time? This game will give you your chance.
Fable Legends’ multiplayer beta was talked about before its October 16th start. Don’t forget you can play as the villain, a big point of emphasis.
Then ScreamRide taunts you with getting rewarded for giving others the most horrific amusement park experience.
Racers get more of Forza Motorsport 5 and a release of two unique cars available now for free.
Forza Horizon 2 did a lot to talk up its social aspects.
Ori and the Blind Forest makes another stage appearance. Its E3 reveal took some by surprise and Gamescom showed off some in-game action.
One of the craziest looking games, Sunset Overdrive, made an appearance to wow the European crowd. The bundle with the white Xbox One console was also officially announced and pre-orders are available now for $399.99. The bundle includes the white Xbox One console and a digital download of Sunset Overdrive, but will not include the 1TB hard drive featured in the Advanced Warfare bundle.
Not to be forgotten, Halo reiterates that The Master Chief Collection is coming in November. The three week beta for Halo 5: Guardians will begin on December 29th. Halo Waypoint be damned, the Halo Channel is the new home for all things Halo. Sanctuary was the latest map revealed.
Phil Spencer closes with the announcement of pre-orders and pre-downloads for the console, but look for more details on this and other announcements as the conference goes on.
That’s it. If that wasn’t enough…what the #$%@ were you expecting? This is a pretty fantastic line up.

A bit lackluster in comparison to Sony this year unfortunately
I liked the Ori and the Blind Forest footage, as the more I see the more I absolutely need it. I was also excited to see Quantum Break in action, but the whole cover-shooter thing was just.. meh, really. Time manipulation looks fantastic, as do the game’s graphics, but the action portions left me a little concerned. I loathed Max Payne 3, and this seems like the same style of play, but with time manipulation. If the story is good, then I’m good with it. I’m with you though, Sony impressed me a lot more at Gamescom than Microsoft.
Yes! it looks great. I did not enjoy payne 3 either which is odd because i love the first 2. i am hoping that silent hill is multi plat and the evil withen works out well.
Yeah, hopefully fans of the series won’t be screwed out of playing it if it’s PS4 exclusive.
Yeah I love the series. But I have not liked many since three on ps2 . Although shattered memories was ok.
Loved Shattered Memories!
It was a true survival horror
