If you’ve been waiting for a ridiculously amazing sale to pick up Dishonored, then today is your day. Dishonored has replaced Motocross Madness as the August Games with Gold Xbox 360 freebie.
Unfamiliar with Dishonored? Fans of the Assassin’s Creed series will no doubt enjoy this steampunk-themed title. There’s plenty of stealth and gore to go around, as well as beautiful visuals that have been compared to oil paintings. Of course, the game is a few years old and may pale in comparison to newer titles, but it still has managed to age well.
You have til August 31st to pick up Dishonored, so don’t dally too long!

This is perfect since I never finished it when I had it for PS3. First 360 game in a while I’ve been excited about being free.
Yeah I’m actually excited too. I need to go download it or at least get it purchased on my account.
Note to self: need more USB sticks
My launch 360’s small HD is the bane of my existence. If I used the console much anymore, I’d consider picking up a new slim model, but it probably gets the least amount of use for me.
Yeah I keep trying to justify a new 360 but I can’t. At the very least I should get a new HD but even the older ones are still prixy
There’s only a small handful of games I still need to finish on 360, so there’s no way it warrants a new console purchase. Halo Reach, ODST, Gears of War Judgment, and Tales of Vesperia are the only ones left on my to-do list.
Reach, ODST and Vesperia are on mine as well. I just know Vesperia is going to take me a ridiculously long time so I’m dreading it.
Yep. Every time I pop it in I play for an hour and remember I have about 80 to go.
Ah the curse of JRPGs. I mean you can blast through and finish it in 20-30 hours if you try but you feel like you cheated because you missed all the side stuff
