If you’ve been holding off on buying an Xbox One, this just might be the deal you’ve been waiting for. During the week of September 7th until September 13th, buying a brand new Xbox One console will also get you one free game. Which game? Any game, actually.
The console has to be brand new from a participating retailer, and this promotion includes the Madden NFL 15 and Forza 5 bundles as well. You can then choose any retail, disc-based game that’s $59.99 or less, and take it home with you for free. Pre-orders aren’t a valid choice, but you can pick up any game you’d like that’s available at the time and under that price range. Diablo 3: Ultimate Evil Edition? Yep! Destiny? Absolutely!
With Destiny releasing on September 9th, Microsoft is hard at work enticing consumers who haven’t yet made the leap to current-gen to play it on the Xbox One. At least that’s my assumption.
