Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate will undoubtedly be a huge hit for the 3DS when it lands in North America on March 31, 2015. Hardcore hunters looking to cash in on a little extra somethin’ somethin’ though should probably head on over to their favorite retailer and pre-order the recently announced Collector’s Edition for $59.99.
Monster Hunter 4 Ultimate: Collector’s Edition is not only reasonably priced, but is downright delicious in terms of content. First you get a 3.5″ figurine of Gore Magala, the flagship monster of the game. You’ll also get a Felyne pin sporting Gore Magala armor, a monster icon lanyard, a MH4U logo cleaning cloth to wipe the drool off of your 3DS screens, and a physical copy of the game itself. To top it off, all of the content is packed inside of a supply box that’s modeled after the ones found in-game.
According to the official website, supplies are limited and this version of the Collector’s Edition is exclusive to those of us in North America.
UPDATE 9/8 @ 11:14pm EST: It appears GameStop has already sold out of their entire stock of pre-orders for the Collector’s Edition. Ouch. Here’s hoping the demand forces more in to production, seeing as how we have 6 months until the game hits our shelves.
