PlayStation TV will be available October 14th, just in case you didn’t have enough ways to enjoy PlayStation games. This unit will allow you to play compatible PlayStation Vita games on your tv as well as download PlayStation Classics. The unit will also be able to remote play games from your PS4, just like the Vita. There are also plans to have PlayStation Now available on the device in the future.
Those looking to buy Sony’s latest addition to the family of PlayStation branded hardware have a few options. The base unit will cost $99.99. There will also be a $139.99 bundle that includes the following:
- PlayStation TV base unit
- Dualshock 3 controller
- 8GB memory card
- The LEGO Movie Videogame
Additionally, Wal-mart will have its own bundle which includes everything in the previously mentioned bundle, plus Sly Cooper: Thieves In Time, but only for a limited time.
Damn it. I’m going to end up buying this.
