There’s some pretty decent stuff up for grabs this week, especially on Xbox One. Terraria is a pretty fantastic 2D crafting RPG that’s even more fun with friends, and Never Alone is a solid indie platformer. Spinning tales of indigenous Alaskan folk tales, it was developed by Upper One Games in conjunction with the Cook Inlet Tribal Council to ensure the game shares, celebrates, and extends their culture. Talk about authenticity, right?
With Dontnod’s Life is Strange kicking off later this month, now is a good time to check out their underappreciated sci-fi brawler Remember Me. I really enjoyed it on PS3 last year, and although its combat system was a little weird, it has a pretty neat art style and a solid story worth exploring.
