Your One Stop Shop for Black Friday Sales Online

peeontree

Black Friday starts on Thursday this year, as major retailers unleashed their digital sale prices to the general public at the stroke of midnight. This article was initially titled “Black Friday is a Thursday, Because Fuck Calendars”, but I guess that wasn’t alluring enough.

Now I love you all, but not enough to type out every little sale on the internet. Rather I’ll go ahead and link to the retailer’s Black Friday sale and talk about some key discounts.

Buckle up, friends. This could be a long. ass. post.

FIRST AND FOREMOST. If you are after an Xbox One bundle this holiday season, I would highly recommend going with NewEgg. $349 will get you the 1TB console, Gears of War: Ultimate Edition (plus all 4 360 Gears titles), Rare Replay (30 classic games), Ori and the Blind Forest, NBA 2K15, Assassin’s Creed Unity, and Final Fantasy Type-0 HD.

You won’t see anything on the offer about NBA, AC Unity, and FFT0-HD, but you’ll see them in your cart for $0.00 once you add the linked Xbox One bundle. Thanks to Cheap Ass Gamer for pointing this deal out on Twitter.

Aside from some solid Xbox One console bundles, save up to 50% off select games. Key sales include Gears of War: Ultimate Edition for $14.99, Forza Motorsport 6 for $34.99, Madden NFL 16 for $26.99, Destiny: The Taken King for $34.99, Rare Replay for $14.99, Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate for $39.99, Dying Light for $14.99, The Witcher 3: Wild Hunt for $24.99, Mad Max for $24.99, Batman: Arkham Knight for $24.99, Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition for $19.99, WWE 2K16 for $29.99, and Mortal Kombat X for $24.99.

Lots more on the website, so click that link up there for a full list.

On the console bundle side of things, you can pick whichever one you like and get a free $60 gift card and your choice of Assassin’s Creed: Unity, Forza Horizon 2, Sunset Overdrive, or Rare Replay.

I believe shipping is free on everything, so go nuts.

All toys-to-life sets and figures, from amiibo, Lego Dimensions, and Skylands, to Disney Infinity, are buy one get one at 40% off. All Disney Infinity 1.0 and 2.0 figurines are 50% off.

Toys R’ Us on the games front is pretty weak, with Elder Scrolls Online at $29.99 (XB1/PS4), Tony Hawk’s Pro Skater 5 at $29.99 (XB1/PS4), and Guitar Hero Live for $69.99.

I’m sure business will pick up at Target come Friday, but right now you can pick up Elder Scrolls Online for $25.00, Mad Max for $25.00, and Dishonored: Definitive Edition for $20. All sales are for XB1/PS4 versions.

Target also has the Wii U holiday bundle for $249, which comes with Splatoon and Super Smash Bros. Incredible deal if you don’t have a Wii U just yet.

Here you can pick up damn near any 2016 sports game for $29.99. The $19.99 bracket is pretty impressive and lets you pick from Rare Replay, Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, MLB 15: The Show, Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin (XB1/PS4), Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition (XB1/PS4), Project Cars (XB1/PS4), Bloodborne, Until Dawn, and a few other odds and ends. Splatoon is $34.99.

Dishonored Definitive Edition, Evolve, and Far Cry 4 are $14.99 each on all platforms.

All game deals also stack with Best Buy’s 20% off membership card.

Nintendo eShop gift cards are 15% off.

Wally World has some solid deals going on as well. You can buy almost any combination of 2 newer titles for $89.98, saving about $30. This applies to both PS4 and Xbox One games, but you can only pick from a defined list. Kinda weird how it works, so stick with me here. I’ll try and explain it the best that I can.

On the Xbox One side of things, you get one game from list #1, which includes Rise of the Tomb Raider, Halo 5: Guardians, Fallout 4, Forza 6, Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate, and NBA 2K16. Your 2nd game can be Call of Duty: Black Ops III, Star Wars: Battlefront, WWE 2K16, and Destiny: The Taken King.

The PS4 version swaps this up. List #1 has Call of Duty: Black Ops III, WWE 2K16, Destiny: The Taken King, Mortal Kombat X, NBA 2K16, and Assassin’s Creed: Syndicate. Your 2nd game can be Star Wars: Battlefront, Need for Speed, Metal Gear Solid V: The Phantom Pain, and Fallout 4.

The Wii U holiday bundle with Splatoon and Super Smash Bros. is live for $249.99.

You can pick up Super Smash Bros. for 3DS for $25 though, which is good. Don’t have a 3DS? Grab a 3DS XL with Super Mario 3D Land for $129.99.

Kind of an odd-man-out, but Grand Theft Auto V is $25 on Xbox One only.

With Amazon being a huge online retailer, I’m sure there’s a lot I’m missing out on.

If you’re in the market for a new Xbox One console, $299 will get you the 500gb Gears of War: Ultimate Edition bundle with free copies of Just Dance 2016 and Forza Horizon 2.

Dragon Quest Heroes is down to $39.99 on PS4, along with most 2016 EA sports games. Gears of War: Ultimate Edition, Rare Replay, Tearaway Unfolded, and Dark Souls II: Scholar of the First Sin are $19.99 each. God of War III Remastered is $14.99.

If you were quick tonight, Amazon flubbed an incredible deal on Batman: Arkham Knight + Season Pass for only $15.00 on PS4. Took them about 20 minutes to pull the listing, but I managed to snag a copy before then. Normally retails for $116.99, so self fist-bump!

GameStop is offering $50 off all Xbox One console bundles, as well as the Uncharted PS4 bundle. All pre-owned products are buy-2-get-1-free to boot.

Xbox One Lunar White controllers are $20 off, and Minecraft toys are 50% off. If you buy Star Wars Battlefront you can save $30 on select EA games, like Madden, FIFA, Need For Speed, etc.

The new aqua blue Playstation Vita is $169.99, with the 11gb memory card is 50% off. If you’re grabbing a Vita you might as well grab Freedom Wars while it’s on sale for $4.99.

On the game front, Destiny: The Taken King is $39.99, Diablo III: Ultimate Evil Edition is $19.99. More to come, I’m sure.

This one is a little weird, since the sale isn’t officially live and only a handful of games have been discovered for PS Vita and PS4 (which is why there’s no link here). Just search for the games on PSN and the price will show up.

Vita discounts are offered on Muramasa Rebirth, Monster Monpiece (an odd little card battle game that’s basically Magic the Gathering with fanservice anime girls instead of monsters), Hyperdimension Neptunia: Rebirth, Zero Escape: Virtue’s Last Reward, and Persona 4 Golden. PS4 deals cover Guilty Gear Xrd -SIGN- and BlazBlue Chrono Phantasma Extend for $15 each, which is a damn steal. Round out your fighting collection with Ultra Street Fighter IV for $14.99 while you’re at it.

If you see any other great deals, drop them in the comments and I’ll try and update them ASAP.

See anything you like?
